This popular class is based on core strength, control and precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. All of the classes at G-Fit Pilates attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

REFORMER WORK is great for versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, sitting on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, sideways and all kinds of variations. The reformer can train many parts body in so many different ways with varying degrees of resistance to challenge even the most advanced clients.
Reformer exercises promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.
