Joseph Pilates based his method of physical fitness on six main principles - Concentration / Centring / Control / Breathing / Precision / and Flow.  

At G-Fit Pilates we strive to encompass these principles to help strengthen your body, lengthen your muscles and improve you flexibility​ so you are able to touch your toes, run with your kids and wake up every morning pain and stiffness free!


Attention to stability and control through all your limbs are key for taking on new challenges or just improving the balance in your chosen sport or remaining injury free for the weekend warrior! 

Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, G-Fit Pilates provides a healing and friendly environment to do so.


Founded in 2004 and established in Esher since 2014 by Gina Clayton - G-FIT PILATES offers are range of classes to suit all levels, abilities and injuries.  


BASI qualified under Rael Iscowitz, Gina also has a background in sports massge and reflexology ensuring a holistic approach to empowering you through your body.

Equipment, Mat and Barre classes are available throughout the week for all clients to benefit from in a small, cozy garden studio

BARRE pilates 

This popular class is based on core strength, control and precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. All of the classes at G-Fit Pilates attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Mat Class 

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who regularly practice have described feeling stronger, more flexible, less aches and pains on a daily basis and the general feeling of empowerment in life! 

Reformer Pilates 

REFORMER WORK is great for versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, sitting on the footbar, perched on the shoulder blocks, sideways and all kinds of variations. The reformer can train many parts body in so many different ways with varying degrees of resistance to challenge even the most advanced clients.

Reformer exercises promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance.
